Surface modification of crystalline silicon in barrier discharge
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje studiu povrchových modifikací krystalického křemíku (c-Si) v bariérovém výboji buzeném za atmosférického tlaku ve vzduchu. V experimentech byl využíván koplanární bariérový výboj (DCSBD) a byl studován vliv parametrů výboje a délky expozice na změnu vlastností povrchu křemíkových desek. Cílem práce bylo určení parametrů výboje pro efektivní povrchové opracování.
Abstract:
This thesis studies the surface modifications of crystalline silicon (c-Si) in barrier discharge generated in the atmospheric pressure in the air. Mainly, the diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD) was used and experiments have been done, to study the influence of the discharge parameters and the exposure time on the silicon surface properties.
