Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku azylové politiky a to nejen v rámci Evropské unie, ale především České republiky. This thesis is focused on the issues of asylum and not only within the European Union, but also the Czech Republic. The paper first defines some basic concepts related to international protection. Furthermore, this work analyzed asylum policy in the Czech Republic, such as the course of the asylum procedure, police procedure, placement of asylum seekers in asylum facilities.
