Comparison of change of direction speed with and without the ball in football

Anotácia:

Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda v kategoriích U8 a U10 fotbalových přípravek existuje vztah mezi rychlostí běhu se změnami směru s vedením míče a rychlostí běhu se změnami směru bez míče a porovnat naměřené výsledky zvolených testů (Arrowhead agility test a Zik – zag test) v obou kategoriích. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Ve výzkumné části je popsána metodika výzkumu a zpracovány zjištěné výsledky, které prokázali závislost rychlosti běhu se změnami směru s míčem na rychlosti běhu bez míče.

Abstract:

The main goal of diploma thesis is to find out whether there is a relation in U8 & U10 age groups between running speed with changes of direction with and without the ball and to compare the results of Arrowhead agility test and Zig-zag test in both categories. The thesis is divided into two parts. The practical part deals with survey methods and their results. The results of the survey have shown the dependence among running speed with changes of direction with the ball and without the ball.
