Semestrálna práca sa zaoberá všeobecným nariadením o ochrane osobných údajov (angl. General Data Protection Regulation, čiže GDPR). Ide o novú revolučnú legislatívu EÚ, ktorá výrazne zvýši ochranu osobných údajov občanov. GDPR je komplexná norma s ďalekosiahlymi dopadmi.
