Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou při procesu povolování staveb pozemní komunikace ve stavebním řízení, tedy vymezením okruhu účastníků řízení a uplatňováním námitek zejména proti způsobu provádění stavby a proti způsobu užívání stavby. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of giving administrative permissions to build a road in the related building proceeding, defining the circle of participants by law connected to the procedure and applying their objections, especially against the way the road construction is to be made and against the way the road is to be used.
