Tools of a reinforcement of the internationalization in a business practice

Abstract:

Diplomová práce «Nástroje posílení internacionalizace v praxi podniku» pojednává o zahraničních aktivitách společnosti TASTYa.s. Cílem této diplomové práce je celkové zhodnocení úspěšnosti společnosti TASTY a.s. na mezinárodním trhu a navržení možných doporučení pro posílení internacionalizace. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byla řešena problematika modelů internacionalizace konkurenceschopného podniku. Záměrem bylo zpracovat teoretická východiska k danému tématu, provést analýzy současného stavu internacionalizace u zkoumaného podniku a posoudit ekonomickou efektivnost navržených opatření. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle je v práci provedeno zpracování teoretických východisek na základě literární rešerše, provedena analýza současného stavu ve zkoumaném podniku při využití vědeckých metod. Aplikační část je zaměřena na analýzu internacionalizace konkrétně zvoleného podniku a vytvoření návrhů a doporučení, které by měly vést k dosaženíkonkurenční výhodě podniku.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis «Tools of a reinforcement of the internationalization in a business practice» deals with foreign activities of TASTY a.s. The aim of this thesis is overall evaluation of the success of TASTYa.s. market and suggest possible recommendations for increasing sales. In order to achieve the set goal, the issue of internationalization models of a competitive enterprise was solved. The aim was to elaborate the theoretical basis of the given topic, to analyze the current state of internationalization of the surveyed company and to assess the economic efficiency of the proposed measures. In order to achieve the set goal, the work is carried out the theoretical basis on the basis of literary research, analysis of the current state in the enterprise under investigation using scientific methods. The application part is focused on the analysis of the internationalization of a particular company and the creation of proposals and recommendations that should lead to achieving a competitive advantage of the company.
