Diplomová práce je zaměřena na seznámení s právní úpravou pracovněprávních vztahů s důrazem na ustanovení velké novely zákoníku práce účinné od 1. 1. 2012 a jejich promítnutí do stávajícího Pracovního řádu firmy REDSUN.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on introduction to labour relations legislation with emphasis on major provisions of the Labour Code valid from 1. 1. 2012 and their reflection on the current Staff Regulations in the company REDSUN.
