Abstract:

Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace dětí z odlišných kulturních prostředí do kolektivu mateřských škol v Plzeňském kraji. S narůstající migrací a v důsledku toho i s rostoucím počtem dětí z rozličných kulturních prostředí ve školách je nezbytné, aby byli pedagogové co nejlépe připraveni na jejich integraci. Cílem práce je analyzovat úroveň informovanosti a připravenosti učitelů na práci s těmito dětmi a na základě zjištěných informací vypracovat doporučení pro efektivní začlenění dětí tak, aby byla zajištěna jejich psychická pohoda a bezpečné prostředí. Klíčové cíle práce zahrnují zmapování kulturního původu dětí navštěvujících mateřské školy, posouzení informovanosti a připravenosti pedagogů na jejich adaptaci a formulaci doporučení pro praxi. V rámci výzkumu bylo stanoveno několik výzkumných otázek, mezi které patří identifikace nejčastějších kulturních prostředí dětí, používání specifických metod pro jejich adaptaci, předchozí profesní příprava pedagogů a hlavní výzvy, kterým čelí při integraci těchto dětí. Metodologicky byl přístup k tématu kvantitativní, zahrnující sběr dat prostřednictvím dotazníků, které byly distribuovány elektronicky mateřským školám v Plzeňském kraji. Respondenti byli vybíráni na základě svého pracoviště a předchozích zkušeností s danou problematikou

Abstract:

Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of adapting children from different cultural environments to the community of kindergartens in the Pilsen Region. With increasing migration and consequently a growing number of children from various cultural backgrounds in schools, it is essential that educators are as well-prepared as possible for their integration. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the level of awareness and preparedness of teachers for working with these children and, based on the information obtained, to develop recommendations for effective inclusion, ensuring their psychological well-being and a safe environment. Key objectives of the thesis include mapping the cultural origins of children attending kindergartens, assessing the awareness and preparedness of educators for their adaptation, and formulating recommendations for practice. Several research questions were set within the study, including identifying the most common cultural environments of the children, the use of specific methods for their adaptation, previous professional preparation of educators, and the main challenges they face in integrating these children. Methodologically, the approach to the topic was quantitative, involving data collection through questionnaires that were distributed electronically to kindergartens in the Pilsen Region. Respondents were selected based on their workplace and previous experience with the issue.
