Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je profesní úspěšnost učitelů. Teoretická část je rozvržena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na pojetí učitelské profese, nároky a požadavky, které jsou na učitele kladeny a dále na profesní standard učitele. Druhá kapitola pojednává celkově o statusu učitele. Rovněž se zabývá postavením učitelů ve společnosti a také, jaké postavení mají rodiče a žáci ve školství. Třetí kapitola přibližuje pracovní spokojenost učitelů a pracovní motivaci. Poslední, čtvrtá, kapitola popisuje profesní úspěšnost učitele a také se zaměřuje na reflexi a sebereflexi učitelů Empirická část je zaměřena na subjektivní pojetí profesní úspěšnosti v profesi učitele. Zabýváme se porovnáváním odpovědí na otevřené otázky a posuzujeme profesní úspěšnost mezi učiteli základních škol.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with professional success of teachers. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is aimed at the conception of the teaching profession, claims and demands that are put on teachers and at teachers' professional standards. The second chapter deals with the teacher?s status in general. It also discusses the position of teachers in society, as well as the position of the parents and pupils in schools. The third chapter clarifies teachers' job satisfaction and their work motivation. The fourth chapter describes the professional success of teachers and focuses on their reflection and self-reflection, too. Empirical part is aimed on the subjective concept of professional success in the teacher?s profession. I deal with comparing answers to open questions and I assess professional success among elementary school teachers.
