Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života a zdraví perioperačního týmu. Předmětem zkoumání je především kvalita života a zdraví, které jsou měřeny pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků SQUALA a WHOQOL-BREF. Práce se skládá z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou kvality života, zdraví a charakteristikou perioperačního týmu. Výzkumná část práce je formou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, za pomoci standardizovaného dotazníku. Dotazníky jsou vyhodnocovány a porovnávány mezi sebou. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak subjektivně každý v perioperačním týmu vnímá svoje zdraví a kvalitu života.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on quality of life and health of the perioperative team. The subject of research is mainly quality of life and health using standardized questionnaires - SQUALA and WHOQOL-BREF. This thesis is comprised of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of perioperative team. The research part has the form of a quantitative research survey, supported with a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaires are evaluated and compared with each other. The aim of this thesis is to find out how everyone of the perioperative team subjectively perceive their healh and quality of life.
