Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá spoluprací orgánů státní správy a samosprávy se Správou státních hmotných rezerv. Analyzuje legislativní rámec této spolupráce, kompetence jednotlivých subjektů a jejich vzájemné vazby v krizových situacích. Dále se zaměřuje na praktické aspekty koordinace mezi těmito institucemi a identifikuje případné problémy či výzvy, které mohou nastat při zajišťování hmotných rezerv a krizového řízení.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the cooperation between state administration and local government bodies with the Administration of State Material Reserves. It analyzes the legislative Framework of this cooperation, the competencies of individual entities, and their interconnections in crisis situations. Furthermore, it examines the practical aspects of coordination among these institutions and identifies potential problems or challenges that may arise in ensuring material reserves and crisis management.
