Key Competencies of Students of Andragogy in Human Resource Management

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se především tématem klíčových kompetencí andragoga. V teoretické části práce se pojednává o andragogice jako vědě a studijním oboru, popisuje osobu andragoga a jeho pracovní role obecně. Dále jsou zde popsány kompetence a klíčové kompetence, zejména modely těchto kompetencí aplikovatelných na osobu andragoga a jeho práci. Z poznatků uvedených v teoretické části práce, vychází část empirická. V rámci výzkumného projektu byl vytvořen dotazník klíčových kompetencí andragoga. Respondenty byli studenti třetího ročníku a také absol-venti oboru Andragogika v profilaci na řízení lidských zdrojů v neziskové sféře na Fakultě humanitních studií UTB ve Zlíně. Kvantitativní výzkum byl zaměřen na získání dat, týkajících se názoru respondentů na klíčové kompetence v oblasti "znalosti, dovednosti, schopnosti a postoje" důležitých pro práci andragoga. Dalším cílem dotazníku bylo zjištění, které z těchto oblastí respondenti považují za nejdůležitější a kterou z daných oblastí si nejvíce rozvinuli v rámci svého studia andragogiky. Zjištěné údaje byly následně zpracovány, vy-hodnoceny a v závěrečné části práce posouzeny.

Abstract:

Presented work is dealing with key competences of andragog and has both theoretical and empirical characters.Theoretical part is discussing andragogy as a branch of knowledge and a study discipline. In the scope of this project, the questionnaire of andragog's key competences was created. Respondents were third year students and graduates of programme "Andragogy for Human Resource Management in Non-Profit Sector" at Tomas Baťa university in Zlín. Quantitative research was focused on acquisition of data about respondents' opinion on key competences of andragog in the areas of the knowledge, skills, capabilities and attitudes. The next goal of the questionnaire was to find out which one of those areas is the most important for respondents and which one of them they would like to evolve more deeply during their study. Acquired data were subsequently processed and analyzed. Their interpretation can be found in the final chapter of the work.
