Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit teorie optimální kapitálové struktury a jejich využití v praxi na příkladu konkrétního vybraného podnikatelského subjektu.
