This thesis of my bachelor's work is concerned with Parkinson's disease problem. It's progressive neurodegenerative disease affecting the area of basal ganglia. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou Parkinsonovej choroby. Ide o progresívne neurodegeneratívne ochorenie postihujúce oblasť bazálnych ganglií. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom v oblasti anatómie, fyziológie, patofyziológie, diagnostiky a terapie.
