The aim of the thesis is to analyse the importance of the image of the manager from the perspective of employees in financial institutions. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo analyzovať význam imidžu manažéra z pohľadu zamestnancov vo finančnej inštitúcií. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol.
