Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je rozhodování a péče opatrovnického soudu o nezletilé děti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována rodině a jejím změnám v kontextu dnešní doby, rozpadu a rozvodu manželství, druhá a třetí kapitola samotnému soudnímu řízení, jeho zahájení, průběhu a rozhodnutí ve věci samé vč. výslechu nezletilého dítěte a diskriminaci otců. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum míry spokojenosti účastníků řízení (matek a otců) s řízením ve věcech péče o nezletilé děti.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is decision and managing guardianship court for minors. The bachelor thesis is devided into the theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the family and its changes in context of the current time, dissolution and divorce of a marriage. The second and the third chapter is devoted to the trial, its initiation, process and decision on the merits including an interrogation of a minor child and discrimination against fathers. The practical part is focused on the research degree of satisfaction of the parties to proceedings concerning the care of minor children.
