Fiscal analysis of Humeco shareholding after three years

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu podniku Humeco, a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V první části je vysvětlen pojem finanční analýzy. Najdeme zde seznam subjektů využívající finanční analýzu a výčet toho, co mohou od analýzy očekávat. Uveden je zde jeden z obecně přijímaných postupů. Z ukazatelů věnuji více pozornosti horizontální a vertikální analýze a poměrovým ukazatelům. Na základě dostupných dat v druhé části práce provedu výpočty jednotlivých ukazatelů. Ukazatele se vyhodnotí. Celkovou finanční situaci zjistím vlastním úsudkem, který se bude opírat o zjištěné výsledky. Bakalářskou práci doplní Kralickův Quicktest, který zobrazuje finanční a výnosovou situaci podniku. Závěr práce obohatím o nápravná opatření včetně trendu, kterým se bude podnik pravděpodobně ubírat. Toto bakalářské téma jsem si vybrala, protože finanční analýza je potřebná pro zdravé fungování podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor work is to prepare fiscal analysis of Humeco shareholding. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. In the first part I explain the term fiscal analysis. I have prepared a list of economical subjects using fiscal analysis and the points of what they can await of using them. I present one of generally accepted procedures and I focus especially on horizontal and vertical analysis and proportional indicators. In the second part I bring up calculations of individual indicators on the basis of available data. The indicators are then evaluated. I can find out the total fiscal situation by my own judgement supported the ascertained results. The bachelor work is complemented by Kralicek Qiucktest which shows fiscal and income situation of an enterprise. At the end of the work I add corrective measures including trend of the probable future development of an enterprise. I have chosen this topic because fiscal analysis is important for healthy functioning of any enterprise.
