Environment friendly buildings, decreasing energy consupmtion and use of renewable sources.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu a posouzením jeho energetické náročnosti. Návrh přitom respektuje základní principy definované pro tzv. šetrnou výstavbu. V teoreticko – metodologické části bakalářské práce je pozornost věnována vývoji pohledu na „šetrnou výstavbu“ a legislativě, která se touto problematikou zabývá. V aplikační části práce je pak proveden návrh rodinného domu a vyhodnocena jeho energetická náročnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is based on a plan of a family house and on an evaluation of its energy performance. Nevertheless, the planned design respects the basic principles defined as so called energy efficient construction. In the theoretical – methodological part of the work, the attention is focused on the development of the overview on “energy efficient construction” and the legislation that deals with the issue. The practical section consists of the plan proposal of the house and it assesses its energy demands.
