Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou IT podpory dovozce malosériových vozů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat klíčové procesy dovozce a najít vhodnou IT podporu těchto procesů na trhu. Prvním krokem k dosažení cíle je definováno prostředí, ve kterém se dovozce malosériových vozů nalézá, a jaká má specifika.
