Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zpracovat na základě pramenů činnost významného brněnského potravinářského spolku DĚLPE - Brno. První část práce se zabývá dějinami družstevního hnutí, jakožto zcela novému způsobu kolektivního podnikání a jeho etablování do českého prostředí. Druhá část práce se soustředí na popis činnosti brněnského družstva.
Abstract:
The aim of this theses is to cover the business activity of a major Brno food-processing enterprise, based on available historical sources review. The first part of the paper deals with history of co-operative movement as a whole new way of cooperative entrepreneurial activity and their establishment in czech environment. The main focus of the second part is to review the actual activity.
