Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on detection of the facts of the case through evidence in criminal law. I chose this theme because I see it quite important in criminal law. The goal of my thesis is to familiarize the reader with the basic elements of detecting facts of the case, evidence and warnings of some (in my opinion) problematic aspects related to this issue.
