Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vertebrogenních poruch v oblasti LS páteře. V obecné části uvádí výčet možných diagnóz v oblasti lumbosakrální páteře zaměřených na problematiku funkčních poruch. Popisuje klinické projevy, incidenci a etiologii vertebrogenních poruch. Dále možnosti léčby, farmakoterapie a prevence. Práce též rozebírá problematiku vertebrogenních poruch v těhotenství. This thesis deals with problems of vertebrogenic impairment of lumbosacral spine. The thesis gives the list of possible diagnoses in lumbosacral spine with focus on functional impairment in the general part of the thesis.
