The bachelor thesis will focus on the current position of the Lemko minority in Poland. It will present the current and historical development of the minority, the Lemko culture, functioning organizations, associations and institutions and the most important cyclical cultural and social events. The aim of the thesis will be to find out what is the current status and prospects of this minority in Poland …more
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa bude venovať súčasnému postaveniu lemkovskej menšiny na území Poľska. Priblíži aktuálny a historický vývoj minority, lemkovskú kultúru, fungujúce organizácie, združenia a inštitúcie a najvýznamnejšie cyklické kultúrne a spoločenské akcie. Cieľom práce bude zistiť, aký je aktuálny stav a aké sú výhľady tejto menšiny v Poľsku, a tiež zmapovať kultúrny život lemkovskej komunity.
