Abstract:
Semestrální práce se zabývá dopadem home office na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele v chemickém průmyslu i v jiných odvětvích. Práce se také soustředila na vliv pandemie Covid 19 na trh práce a na psychický dopad pandemie a home office na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
The semester work deals with the impact of the home office on employees and employers in the chemical industry and in other sectors. The work also focused on the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the labor market and on the psychological impact of the pandemic and the home office on employees and employers.
