Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá obecním bytovým fondem ve vybraných obcích s rozšířenou působností v kraji Vysočina a jeho problematikou. Úvodní kapitola práce je věnována bytovému fondu a všech jeho částí s cílem seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy v této oblasti, s právními předpisy s ní souvisejícími, zejména s nájemním vztahem spolu s nájemní smlouvou. Thesis is dealing with municipal housing stock in selected municipalities with extended competence in Vysočina Region and problems about it. The basic part of the thesis is devoted to housing stock with all parts.
