Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem na poli interakcí mezi dvouvláknovou DNA a [6]helicenem a jeho deriváty za použití metod výpočetní chemie, jmenovitě PM6-D3H4X a DFT s funkcionálem BLYP. Zaměřili jsme se na dva hlavní vazebné motivy, tj. interkalace a vazba do malého žlábku a vyhodnocovali jsme jejich interakční energie pomocí metody counterpoise. This thesis conducts a research on the field of interactions between ds-DNA and [6]helicene and its two derivatives using computational chemistry methods, PM6-D3H4X and DFT (BLYP functional). We focused on two main bonding motifs, i.e. intercalation and groove binding, and we evaluated their interaction energies via counterpoise method.
