Analýza konformačně specifické interakce chaperonu Hsp70 s kochaperonem Tomm34

Analysis of conformation-specific interaction of Hsp70 chaperone with Tomm34 cochaperone
Abstract:
Proteiny Hsp70 představují důležitou součást chaperonového systému, který pomáhá udržovat integritu a funkčnost buněčného proteomu. Tyto proteiny jsou schopny vázat velké množství peptidových substrátů pomocí substrát-vazebné domény (SBD), která rozeznává krátkou hydrofobní sekvenci přítomnou ve většině buněčných proteinů. Vazba a následná disociace substrátu je závislá na ATP-indukovaném alosterickém …more
Abstract:
Hsp70 proteins represent central components of the chaperone system that helps to maintain the integrity and functionality of the cellular proteome. Hsp70s bind to a large variety of peptide substrates through their substrate binding domain (SBD) that recognizes short hydrophobic sequence present in most cellular proteins. The cycle of substrate binding and release is driven by ATP-induced allosteric …more
