Peculiarities in the Speech Development of a Child with Developmental Dysphasia

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit vybrané zvláštnosti ve vývoje řeči dítěte s vývojovou dysfázií. Popis časově vymezeného vývoje řeči jedince s dysfázií k normě. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se dělí na tři kapitoly. V první kapitole se vymezuje pojem ontogenetický vývoj řeči. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vývojovou dysfázií, jak z pohledu historického chápání tohoto pojmu, tak i oblasti, která je tímto pojmem definována v aktuálnější pojetí. Dále zabývá symptomatologií vývojové dysfázie, popisem pojetí druhů vývojové dysfázie. Třetí kapitola se problematice dítěte s vývojovou dysfázií v rodině zaměřenou na oblast přijetí, výchovných principů a podpoře emocionálního vývoje včetně obecných pravidel. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistickou případovou studii a na ní prezentována specifika ve vývoji řeči dítěte s vývojovou dysfázií. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjišťovat vybrané oblasti projevu dítěte a vyhodnocovat problémy spojené s danými specifickými potřebami v oblastech vyjadřování, komunikace obecně, částečně pak v oblasti psychosociálního vývoje dítěte s vývojovou dysfázií. Výzkumné šetření se opírá o pozorování, rozbor videonahrávek, audionahrávek a specifických výstupů spontánní činnosti v písemném projevu. Jako zdroj jsou použity i rozhovory s rodinnými příslušníky.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out selected peculiarities in the speech development of a child with developmental dysphasia. Description of the time-bound development of speech of an individual with dysphasia to the norm. The whole bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of ontogenetic development of speech. The second chapter deals with developmental dysphasia, both from the point of view of the historical understanding of this concept and the area that is defined by this concept in a more current concept. It also deals with the symptomatology of developmental dysphasia, a description of the concept of types of developmental dysphasia. The third chapter deals with the issue of a child with developmental dysphasia in the family focused on the area of acceptance, educational principles and support of emotional development, including general rules. The practical part contains a case study and presents the specifics of speech development of a child with developmental dysphasia. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to identify selected areas of the child's expression and evaluate the problems associated with the specific needs in the areas of expression, communication in general, and partly in the psychosocial development of a child with developmental dysphasia. The research investigation is based on observation, analysis of video recordings, audio recordings and specific outputs of spontaneous activity in written expression. Interviews with family members are also used as a source.
