Diplomová práca je zameraná na zmeny v bankovej regulácii v priestore EÚ v kontexte krízy. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickému vymedzeniu bankovej regulácie. To znamená, že v tejto kapitole sa oboznámime s pojmom bankovej regulácie, definujeme bankový dohľad a jeho dôvody.
