Innovation of the organizational structure of a company

Anotace:

Předmětem diplomové práce je organizační struktura a její inovace. Téma diplomové práce pojednává o inovaci organizační struktury. V teoretické části práce bude psáno o organizování, organizační struktuře, druzích organizačních struktur a o inovacích organizačních struktur. V praktické části práce budou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní firmu a zpracuji návrh inovace stávající organizační struktury firmy. Cílem práce je analýza stávající organizační struktury vybrané organizace a návrh nové organizační struktury, která by měla být pro firmu inovativní a vhodnější.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is organizational structure and its innovation.The topic of this thesis deals with the innovation of the organizational structure. In the theoretical part of the thesis the organization, organizational structure, types of organizational structures and innovation of organizational structures will be discussed. In the practical part of the work the theoretical knowledge will be applied to a specific company and innovations of current organizational structure of the company will be suggested.Aim of this work is the analysis of existing organizational structure of selected company and suggestion of a new organizational structure, which should be for the company innovative and more suitable.
