Zápis do obchodního rejstříku z pohledu praktického

"Companies register" from the practical point of view
Abstract:
V této práci popisuji obchodní rejstřík, jeho hmotněprávní a procesněprávní úpravu. Tento právní institut slouží k registraci podnikatelských subjektů. Vedle teorie se zabývám praktickým procesem zápisu do obchodního rejstříku a problémy s tím spojenými.
Abstract:
In this thesis I describe the "Companies register", its substantive and procedural regulation. This legal institution serves for the registration of entrepreneurs. Beside the theory I describe the practical process of the registry to the Companies register and the problems connected with this process.
