The Proposal of Increase in Efficiency of the Tax Audits in Accordance with the Minimalization of the Tax Evasion
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spotřebních daní v působnosti celní správy. Cílem této práce je navrhnout změny a opatření pro snížení nelegální činnosti spojené s daňovými úniky v návaznosti na vyšší efektivitu daňových kontrol a postupů při odhalování těchto úniků.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problems of excise taxes in the sphere of activity of the customs administrativ. The aim of this work is to propose changes and measures to reduce illegal activities related to tax evasion in connection with greater efficiency of tax audits and procedures for the detection of tax evasion.
