Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje činnost pedagogicko-psychologického poradenství. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii poradenství ve světě i u nás a dále na poradenský proces. Také zde uvádím poradenské přístupy a strategie. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitou poskytovaných služeb zkoumané pedagogicko-psychologické poradny ve Vsetíně.
Abstract:
My bachelor's work describes the activity of teaching-phychological counseling. The theoretical part deals with the history of counseling in the world and here in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it deals with the counseling process. Here I also present approaches to counseling and strategies.
