Tato práce pojednává o problematice omylu v trestním právu a jeho trestně právních důsledcích. V první části kapitoly se zabývá subjektivní stránkou trestného činu. V další kapitole práce rozebírá jednotlivé druhy omylu a jejich důsledky a přináší pohled na rozdílné právní názory v této problematice. This paper deals with the problem of error in criminal law and criminal legal consequences. In the first part of the chapter deals with the subjective aspect of the offense. In the next chapter, discusses the different types of errors and their consequences and gives an insight into the different legal opinions on this issue.
