The intergenerational education as a tool of the social cohesion

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je mezigenerační edukace jako nástroj sociální koheze. Práce se zaměřuje na podobu mezigenerační edukace s důrazem na mezigenerační edukaci v prostředí českých rodin. Hlavním cílem empirické části této práce je zjistit, zda mezigenerační edukace podporuje soudržnost rodiny. Dílčí cíle průzkumného šetření zkoumají vybrané aspekty mezigeneračních vztahů, tedy: četnost, podobu, obsahovou či emoční náplň vztahů mezi prarodiči a vnoučaty. Dále zkoumají, zda má mezigenerační edukace pozitivní dopad na vzájemnost generací nebo zda je přínosem pro vnoučata.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is intergenerational education as an instrument of social cohesion. The work focuses on the form of intergenerational education with an emphasis on intergenerational education in the environment of Czech families. The general aim of the empirical part of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether intergenerational education supports family cohesion. The partial objectives of the survey examine selected aspects of the intergenerational relationships, namely: frequency, form, content or emotional content of relationships between grandparents and grandchildren. They also examine whether intergenerational education has a positive impact on the reciprocity of generations or whether it is beneficial for grandchildren.
