Generational change in family businesses

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma rodinného podnikání a nástupnictví. V teoretické části definuji rodinné podnikání, uvádím specifické znaky, vývoj v České republice a ve světě, způsoby řízení rodinných firem. Dále se v teoretické části zabývám problematikou nástupnictví, jeho řízením a plánováním. V praktické části představuji zkoumané rodinné firmy, vývoj jejich obratů, SWOT a PESTLE analýzu, vlastní výzkum ve firmách a v závěru práce zjištěné teoretické poznatky porovnávám s výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of family business and succession. In the theoretical part, there is defined the family business, stating the specific features, the development in the Czech Republic and in the world, ways of managing family businesses. Furthermore, it deals with the issue of succession, its management and planning. In the practical part, there is presented the surveyed family businesses, the development of their turnovers, SWOT and PESTLE analysis, own research and in conclusion of the thesis theoretical findings is compared with the results of the research.
