The presented thesis informs about basic problems of chemoterapeutic treatment of cancer diseases. An attention is paid to relevant compounds, which contain platinum. Syntetical procedures follow, including results of reactions and of applied physical-chemical experiments; with related discussion. Predkladaná práca uvedie čitateľa do problematiky chemoterapeutickej liečby rakovinových ochorení. Práca sa ďalej stručne zaoberá relevantnými látkami s obsahom platiny. Ďalej nasledujú syntetické postupy, výsledky reakcií a aplikovaných fyzikálnochemických metód a s tým súvisiaca diskusia.
