Insurance fraud in personal life insurance
Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je pojistný podvod, jeho věcné a právní vymezení. Dále je práce zaměřena na pojistný podvod v pojištění osob. Provedení analýzy typů pojistných podvodů, ekonomických dopadů, preventivních opatření. Cílem práce je navržení systémového řešení, které povede k eliminaci pojistných podvodů.
Abstract:
Substantiality of this thesis is the insurance fraud and its objective and juridical determination. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the insurance fraud in life insurance, the analysis of several types of insurance frauds, economic impacts and preventive measures was realized. The main aim of this work is to propose the system solution which will lead to the elimination of insurance frauds.
