Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou veřejného zdraví před nepříznivými účinky hluku a vibrací. V obecné části je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a na popis právních nástrojů ochrany veřejného zdraví před hlukem a vibracemi. Zvláštní část obsahuje příklady a výklad související judikatury. V závěrečné části se zabývá analýzou činnosti občanských sdružení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the protection of public health from the adverse effects of noise and vibration. The general part is focused on the definition of basic concepts and description of the legal instruments to protect public health from noise and vibration. A special section contains examples and interpretation of relevant case law. The final section analyzes the activities of civic associations …more
