Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stanovením zájmových specií dvou významných prvků VI A skupiny periodické tabulky, síry a selenu, ve vzorcích potravin, vod a biologického materiálu. Konkrétně se jedná o stanovení oxidu siřičitého ve vzorcích vín, stanovení sulfanu ve vzorcích vod a frakcionaci a stanovení selenu ve vzorcích sladkovodních řas rodu Chlorella, které jsou pěstovány v médiu s přídavkem seleničitanu. Abstract:
In this work is study determination of sulphur dioxide in wine samples, determination of sulphane in water samples and determination of selenium in samples of freshwater algea Chlorella which grow in medium with addition of selenates. This work combine advantages of ICP-OES method in VUV region for determination of sulphur and advantages of vapour compound generator.
