Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je transformace účetních výkazů společnosti Zlaté jablko,a.s. sestavených dle českých účetních předpisů na účetní výkazy sestavené dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Práce je rozdělena na 2 hlavní části a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vývoj harmonizace účetnictví. Na základě analýzy jednotlivých položek účetních výkazů se zabývám podrobnou charakteristikou vybraných účetních standardů IAS/IFRS, které budou použity v praktické části. Vybrané standardy IAS/IFRS porovnám s českou účetní legislativou. Praktickou část jsem rozdělila na jednotlivé dílčí kapitoly a to analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části provedu podrobnou analýzu jednotlivých položek účetních výkazů. Budou zde analyzovány a zdů-vodněny procesy, jež budou při transformaci použity. Na analytickou část navazuje transformace účetních výkazů společnosti Zlaté jablko, a.s. Kapitolu uzavírá finanční analýza, která srovnává dopady transformace českých účetních výkazů na mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví IAS/IFRS.

Abstract:

The subject of my master thesis is the transformation of the financial statements of compa-ny Zlaté jablko, Lltd. into financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the development of accounting harmonization. On the basis analysis of individual items of financial statements I describe the detailed characteri-zation of selected IAS / IFRS, which will be used in the practical part. The selected IAS / IFRS are compared with the Czech accounting legislation. The practical part is divided into various sub-chapters {--} analytic and project. In the analytic part is done the detailed analysis of individual financial statement items. There will be analysed and given reasoned for the processes to be used for the transformation builded on the analytical part of the transformation of the financial statements of Zlaté jablko, Lltd. The chapter is concluded by the financial analysis that compares the effects of the Czech transformation of the financial statements on the International Financial Reporting Standards IAS/IFRS.
