Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zhodnotit mutagenitu dvou flavonoidních látek ? isoquecitrinu a rutinu. Obě látky se vyznačují antioxidačními vlastnostmi. Pro využití těchto vlastností je nezbytné ověřit, zda se současně nevyznačují také mutagenitou. Abstract:
The aims of bachelor thesis is detection of mutagenicity of two flavonoid compounds- isoquecitrin and rutin. Both compounds are characterized by antioxidant properties. To use these features, it is necessary to verify that currently do not offer the mutagenicity.
