Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení současného stavu rodinné firmy zabývající se odpadovým hospodářstvím. Ke zhodnocení efektivnosti dochází prostřednictvím nástrojů finanční a strategické analýzy. The thesis is focused on the assessment of the current state of the family company dealing with waste management. To evaluate the effectiveness, instruments of the financial and strategic analysis are used. On the basis of results the projects to improve the situation in the future with a focus on plastic materials are prepared.
