Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Islám a bezpečnostní stabilita zemí EU“ se zaměřuje na definování pojmů islám a bezpečnostní stabilita zemí Evropské unie. Prvním cílem je analýza nástrojů a možností Evropské unie, jak čelit dnešnímu a budoucímu střetu kultur a dále jak udržet trvalou bezpečnost a stabilitu na vnitřních i vnějších hranicích. Dalším cílem je potvrzení či vyvrácení teze o možnosti propojení evropské a islámské kultury v Evropě. V první části práce autor popisuje vývoj a pohled na náboženství islám a s tím spojené pojetí džihádu a fundamentalismu. Druhá část je věnována vývoji zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky. Nachází se zde výčet operačních programů a institucí, které se podílejí na řešení migrační krize. Podstatné pro danou problematiku jsou uvedené možnosti Evropské unie v rámci zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky. Ve třetí části práce se lze dočíst, že dnešní krizová situace je propojena s demonstracemi a převraty z konce roku 2010, které jsou známy pod názvem „Arabské jaro“. Výsledkem práce je potvrzení hypotézy, že s migrační vlnou dochází k narušení bezpečnosti občanů Evropské unie. Bezpečnostní stabilita zemí Evropské unie není ohrožena samotným náboženstvím islámu, ale právě přesvědčením několika zločineckých organizací. Autor na závěr přidává názory odborníků na toto téma spolu s možným řešením migrační krize.

Abstract:

My diploma essay on topic of „Islam and security issues in EU“ focuses on defining the concepts of Islam and security issues in European union. The main objective it is the analysis of the tools and possibilities of the EU to confront the cultural conflicts of our time and our future and how to deal and find a sustainable and permanent security measures not only in internal borders but also on external borders as well. The next objective is to prove or disprove the thesis and the possibility of bringing together the European culture with that of Islam. In the first part of this work the author tries to describe the evolution of Islam and how it is understood by the Europeans and the rest of the world in connection with the principle of “Jihad” and Islamic Fundamentalism. The second part of this work deals with the development of foreign policy and the issues of security. U will find here a list of operational programs and institutions involved in solving the question of the current crisis of migration. The main points concerning the mentioned issue are detailed in the Framework of the foreign policy of the EU. In the third part of this work you will find the description of the today´s crisis in relation to the protests which led to the ousting of several regimes known as „the Arab Spring“ in 2010. The end of this work tries to confirm the hypothesis that the migration crisis severely undermines the security of the EU and the safety and wellbeing of its citizens. The security of the EU itself is not endangered by the sheer existence of the religion of Islam as it is, but by criminal organizations and their false and corrupt interpretation of it. The author in the end adds the views of experts qualified in this field along with the possible resolutions of the question of the migration crisis.
