Information tools for green management (status of the analysis)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stávajících informačních nástrojů v oblasti správy zeleně, s důrazem na městské prostředí. Práce popisuje v úvodní části pojem zeleň a její možnosti jejího využití ve městě i v krajině. Poté popisuje správu zeleně od historických postupů až po současnost a doporučuje zásady správného přístupu k městské zeleni. Předepsané pracovní operace prováděné při správě a údržbě zeleně jsou definovány legislativním rámcem, oborovými předpisy a normami. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění stupně využití a zpracování jednotlivých nástrojů pro správu zeleně v konkrétních městech. Seznam nástrojů, který byl předem definován v dotazníkovém šetření, obsahuje pasport zeleně, dendrologické průzkumy, projekty pěstebních opatření, plány péče, územní studie systému zeleně a adaptační strategie na změnu klimatu. V závěru jsou vzájemně porovnány přístupy k péči o zeleň jednotlivých dotazovaných měst pomocí grafového znázornění s komentáři a návrhy na zlepšení pro města, které v této činnosti zaostávají.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on analysing existing information tools in the field of plants management, with an emphasis on urban environments. The thesis describes the concept of greenery and its potential applications in both urban and rural landscapes in the introductory section. It then outlines plants management from historical approaches to the present day and recommends principles for proper urban green management. The prescribed operational procedures for green management and maintenance are defined by legislative frameworks, industry regulations, and standards. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the level of utilisation and processing of individual tools for green management in specific cities. The list of tools, predefined in the questionnaire survey, includes green passports, dendrological surveys, cultivation project plans, care plans, green system spatial studies, and climate change adaptation strategies. In conclusion, approaches to green care in various surveyed cities are compared using graphical representations with comments, along with proposals for improvement for cities that lag behind in this activity.
