Abstract:
This thesis deals with application of simultaneous system which uses laser ablation and allows monitoring signal laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and analysis of ablated material by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (LA-ICP-OES) simultaneously.
