Proposal of the indikators which could be used for benchmarking between the tax offices in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem benchmarkingových indikátorů, které by se daly použít pro porovnání práce pracovníků správců daně na vyměřovacích odděleních finančních úřadů hl.m. Prahy. V úvodu práce vysvětluje pojem benchmarking, jeho historii, zásady a druhy. V druhé části se zabývá pracovní analýzou nejčastějších úkonů pracovníka správce daně a personálním obsazením vyměřovacích oddělení. Z výsledků pracovní a personální analýzy jsou vybrány benchmarkingové ukazatele. Závěrem práce je odpověď, jakým způsobem a jak by byl prováděn sběr dat a v čem vidím jeho úskalí a s jakými problémy jsem se při psaní práce setkávala.

Abstract:

The subject of this dissertation is the selection of benchmarking indicators which could be used to compare the work of tax collection agenda at the tax assessing departments of The Revenue Authorities of the Capital City of Prague. The introduction (the theoretical part) explains the definition of benchmarking, its history, principles and sorts. The second (the practical) section focuses on work analysis of tax officer´s most frequent acts and of the staffing of the tax collection departments. The results of the work and personal analysis serve to choose the benchmarking indicators. The conclusion answers the question how to proceed the data acquisition and where I see its risks.
