Absolventská práce se zabývá motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiky jednotlivých oblastí motivace a stimulace. Dále se věnuje oblastem péče o zaměstnance, jejich rozvoji, pracovním podmínkám a typům pracovníků, které souvisí s motivací a především slouží ke zvýšení produktivity práce.
