V práci se seznámíte s principy Managementu podle kompetencí (MbC). Seznámíte se se způsobem jeho zavádění a dozvíte se o možných IT nástrojích, které lze použít při jeho zavádění. Budete si moci přečíst o konkrétním příkladu zavádění řízení podle kompetencí do reálné firmy.
Abstract:
The work get you familiar with the principles of Management by Competencies (MBC). You will learn the way of its implementation and about IT tools that can be used in its implementation. And you will read about an example implementation of Management by competencies into the real business
