Arists' fees and copyright protection in the past and today
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the development of copyright protection and compensation of artists in music. The thesis presents an overview of music legislation and ways of rewarding artists in chronological order from the Middle Ages to the present.
Abstract:
Magisterská diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom ochrany autorských práv a odmeňovaním umelcov v hudbe. Práca prináša prehľad právnych úprav týkajúcich sa hudby a spôsobov odmeňovania umelcov v chronologickom usporiadaní od stredoveku až po súčasnosť.
